Ask your self one question? Why is it that many people who begin a nutritional and exercising program to attain weight loss never achieve their goals? Well it’s not surprising to me. From the research I’ve carried out and from my experience, I believe that there are many reasons why many people in our society never attain their goals. Some of the reasons are the outright lies by some of the weight loss industry, lack of motivation, improper nutritional advice, and the so called low-fat or non-fat food products.

The person who eats anything and has a long life
Are you one of those people or have heard of someone who has lived to be 100 years old and contributes their long life to the four eggs with sausages and waffles with thick syrup everyday for breakfast or where that person eats a lot of fatty and high cholesterol foods and lives a long healthy life? I’ve heard of these people. Then there’s the otherside where people have to be very careful of what they eat because it could cause blockage to their arteries leading to strokes and/or heart attacks.
In 2000, at the age of 125, Time Magazine acknowledged Elizabeth Israel's unique achievement proclaiming her to be the world's oldest human being. Also known as Ma Pampo, she is from the small Caribbean Island of Dominica where she is known as a treasure of Dominca. Ma Pampo will be 129 years old in 2004 and says her goal is to see her 130th birthday. Her intentions are grand and maybe her dream to see her 130th birthday may come true in January of 2005.
What is aging? To beginning reversing the aging process, we must first understand what aging is. A researcher named Vaillant concluded that the aging process is learned. He claimed that people who are in good health teach their bodies to age well and that people who are unhappy teach their body to age badly.
At age 70 no two bodies are alike
Do all 70 year olds have the same age? When a person is 20 years old, his/her body may look like most 20 year olds, but by the time a person reaches age 70, no two bodies are alike, since our experiences are unique.
